MEANI  since 1936 works for building materials production industries: lime, gypsum, plaster, etc.

For about 70 years the family Group MEANI (located in Bergamo-Italy) has been designing, producing and supplying  single machinery and complete tailored-made plants for the production of lime, gypsum plaster, pre-mixed materials, aggregates, and their derivatives.

Back in 1936 Dr.-Ing. Alessandro MEANI, the Foundator,  registered (in Italy and the main European countries) the first of a succession of patents covering this famous SIMPLEX Hydrators, the first in Europe, for the lime hydration with dust removal from the steam and free of charge preheating of reaction water with recovery of the heat of hydration process.

In 1983 our company presented on the international market, the new vertical, indirect fired, high performance, “All-Steel”, patd. FPA kettle-Kiln for the production of plaster of quality. From 1990 the FPA kettle - kilns are delivered with "dry" dust-removal system of dusty steams emitted.

In 1993 INGG. MEANI ^® presented on the international market the Filter DRYVAPOR Lime, the system for the "dry" removal of dusts from dusty steams emitted by lime Hydrators.

The system is self-cleaning and offers the pre-heating of the process water for better performances. The most evident feature of the system is the positioning of the special bags filter directly on top of the hydrator.
The DRYVAPOR dry dust-removal System can be applied on all types of hydrators.
The dry dust removal System Dryvapor Lime, highly reliable, is totally self-cleaning, provides the easierst automatic handling of the all hydrators and permit a dramatic increase of the all hydrators efficiency (in quantity and quality).

In 2003 MEANI Company presented the new dynamic air Separators with electronic control.

INGG. MEANI ^® Filters are based on original know–how, personal experience,  and advanced technology for dust removal from lime and gypsum plants and facilities. The dry treatment of dusty fumes and vapours, with recovery and conveyance of dry dusts, allow the control and adjustment of low pressure in kilns and their combustion chambers to maximise the performance of kilns and dust removal systems.

The range of products supplied by INGG.
