We have technologically been
operating for about 70 years in the realization and improvement of plants of advanced
technologies for the treatment of the building materials and for the
production of limes (quick lime and hydrated lime), of the
plasters and of the premixed product also hydraulic.
From over than 25 years we dedicate particular attentions and deepened
studies to the various physical problem connected to the industrial
de-dusting with bag Filters for the dry treatment of the smokes and also the
wet vapours containing particular difficult powders such as plaster, lime
and clay.
With the constant research, also in collaboration with Departments of University Institutes, we have reached the functionality, the safety and the low whole life cost of the DRYVAPOR FILTERS.

Our original Filtres are:
- DRYVAPOR Lime , for the lime Hydrators and for lime Kilns,
- DRYVAPOR Gypsum , for the gypsum Kilns

Is it proven that the Bag
Filters of the INGG. MEANI Company not only conceived to satisfy the Plant
Administrators, but also and also in line with the requirements sets by the
Production Managers and maintenance Personnel. All have declared our
Filters, the most reliable in absolute, easy to maintain and cost effective.
The special sizing and our original anti-condense system, proper of the
“DRYVAPOR System”, unique on the market, guarantee a long lasting
permeability of the filtering media and even more their longer duration with
maximum efficiency.
The Filters are characterized by the hinged covers, housing the whole system
of cleaning of the filtering media. In addition to the easy accessibility
and maintenance, the Filters are safe and explosion-proof.
The individualization of a possible damaged filtering element (lacerated
bag) is immediately detected. The replacement of the sleeve is done very
quickly, operating from the top of Filter, from outside in safe and
comfortable position.
It is worth to mention that no tool is required for the maintenance and the
quick replacement of the filtering media.
All the most difficult de-dusting cases have been solved with full
satisfaction of important national and foreign Companies, therefore with
first class references.
